The project comprises the siguientescomponentes : Component 1: Strategy for Knowledge Gestiónde Sistema of Administraciónde Information and Documents. Its main objective is to define the content ysistemas organized and integrated platform of information from the Chamber of Deputies, under a strategy gestiónde knowledge, so that the ability of House members and staff increases, for one másefectivo and efficient use of information. Componente 2 Strengthening the technical capacities of the study centers to generate yanalizar information throughout the budget cycle. Its purpose is to provide Withthe tools and instruments for the technical staff of the Commissions and Study Centers deanalizar House budget managers at different stages (formulation, approval, execution ysUPERVISION ) to increase analytical lacapacidad budget. Component 3: Automation of HR processes Chamber of Diputados.Este componentetiene main objective to implement the model of human resource management within the System of Administration and Finance ( SAF ) of the Chamber of Deputies to increase their management skills of the resources humans. As part of component 3, the proyectocomprende the following: Acquisition and implementation of HumanResources and Payroll modules in the integrated platform called " System Administration and Finance" ( SAF), a technology platform and considers tipoGRP : - Adequacy of procesosadministrativos of Human resources to integrate plataforma.- ImplementationModules of Human Resources and Payroll Training GRPexistente.- type parausuarios platform and technical assistance.
