The Municipality of Epalinges wishes to enlist the services of a general planner to lead in a first stage the planning of the project on plot 588 and then its implementation, it being understood that the municipality reserves the possibility of carrying it out as a total or general contractor. THE offers must include all the ordinary services of phases 21, 31, 32, 33, 41, 52 and 53 necessary for general planning, architecture, civil engineering and HVAC engineering and according to SIA standards 102, 103, 108, at least the services set out in the specifications technical annex. If carried out with individual service providers, calls for tenders must be established in accordance with public procurement legislation. In the event of implementation with a general or total contractor, the services of phases 41 to 53 will be adapted (reduced) according to the limits of services to be defined with the EG/ET.
