GENERAL NAKAR WATERSHED LEARNING RESOURCE CENTER PHASE II
(Project Title)
1. The Municipality of General Nakar, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Eight Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 8, 100, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of General Nakar, now invites bids for the General Nakar Watershed Learning Resource Center Phase Ii. Completion of the Works is required 210 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within (210 days) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
