1. The Provincial Government of Oriental Mindoro (PGOM) through the General Fund intends to apply One Hundred Ninety Nine
Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos Only (Php 199, 700.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the
contract for the Project, “ Supply and Delivery of General Merchandise for distribution in the implementation of Food Security for IPs
under Agro Tech Resource Management Division.” Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
