Description : The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) - Pasay Makati District Training and Assessment Center, through its Procurement Division & General Services Section, intends to procure PMDTAC training and assessment, which will be undertaken in accordance with Section 52.1.b (Small Value Procurement) of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
