The two envelope system of procurement shall be observed,
Bidding documents shall be available at BAC Secretariat, Exec. Bldg. starting at April 04, 2024, 9:00 a.m. upon payment of prescribed non-refundable fee.
Bid proposal and other bidding documents shall be opened in the presence of prospective bidders, or their duly authorized representatives.
Prospective bidders shall signify conformance to bidding terms and conditions as required and stipulated in R.A. 9184 and its IRR, pass/fail evaluation shall be observed.
All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in an amount at least equal to and not lower than 2% of ABC in the form of Cash and/or Security Bond of 5% of ABC.
A performance Security shall be posted within 10 calendar days before Purchase order, Award of Contract can be served in the amount of 5% of the Total contract price in the form of cash and/or 10% total contract price bank guarantee and/or surety bond of 30% of total contract...
