This consultation concerns the general installation of the LA NAPOULE BOAT SHOW. The award procedure used is: the open adapted procedure. It is subject to the provisions of articles L.2123-1, R.2123-1 and R.2123-4 of the Code of public order. This is a framework agreement with purchase orders, awarded at unit prices with a maximum and without minimum, setting all contractual stipulations and executed as purchase orders are issued, without negotiation or discount. in competition, according to the terms provided for in the framework agreement and in application of articles L.2125-1 1°, R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 12 months from its date of notification, possibly renewable, tacitly once (1) within the limit of 2 years maximum. It can be concluded either with a single company or with a group of companies. The procedure is broken down into 2 batches, each forming a separate market.
