Tenders are invited for General Facilities Management Call off Services for Lusail City.

Lusail Real Estate Development Company (LREDC) is tendering for General Facilities Management Call Off Services for Lusail City

Brief Description of Services: Lusail Real Estate Development Company (LREDC) requires to appoint a Service Provider for three (3) years who has the relevant experience and expertise in providing General Facilities Services (Civils. Mechanical Electrical, Plumbing Landscaping, etc.) to provide the General Call Off Services in accordance of the instructions to be issued by via CALL-OFF ORDER to provide Manpower. Materials, Equipment and Services in line with the agreed Schedule of Rates.

Eligibility of Tenders: Experience in similar contracts in Qatar or in the GCC region. The company shall have a valid Commercial Registration in Qatar and annual turnover should be a minimum of QAR 15.000000 for each of the last 3 years.

Tender Bond Value: QAR 350, 000 (Valid for 150 days from The Tender Closing Date).

Bid Closing Date: Sunday. 12 August 2018. not later than 12.00 noon local Doha time.

From 08 July 2018 onward, between 0930am. to 0130 pm. (except Friday & Saturday). Tender Fee:
A non-refundable cheque (cash will not be accepted) in the amount of One Thousand Qatari Riyals (QAR 1, 000) made out to Lusail City Company and submitted to the Finance Department of Qatari Diar at Lusail Site Office.

Required documents in order to collect the Auction Documents are as follows:

• Copy of the Company Commercial Registration

• Company Authorization letter and ID of the person who will collect the Tender Document.

• Presentation of the receipt for the tender fee submitted to the Finance Department of Qatari Diar in Lusail Site Office.

• Completed Confidentiality Undertaking which shall be collected from the above mentioned office or requested by Fax.
