Work will consist primarily of design and contract administration for water distribution and sanitary sewer collection, water treatment and wastewater treatment projects as well as Solid Waste (Landfill) Engineering and support services. Landfill services include landfill gas management and groundwater monitoring related to a solid waste disposal operation. Other areas of specialized engineering work include, but are not limited to environmental management, stormwater management and Virginia Department of Environmental Quality (VDEQ) permitting as well as future county transportation and site development and construction projects.
