General designer - Reconstruction of building D30 Recetox II. stage - repeated management The subject of the public contract are services mainly consisting in the implementation of project activities, engineering activities, as well as the performance of the designer's supervision in connection with the plan expansion of laboratory capacity in the existing pavilion D30 of the University campus in Brno Bohunice. The subject of the reconstruction of the building D30 RECETOX stage II is mainly the 3rd and 4th floors, and the roof, basement and 2nd floor will only be partially affected by the reconstruction. Minimum the requirements for the subject of the public contract are defined by the technical, commercial and other contractual conditions, which are part of the tender documentation annex. Estimated value of construction costs: approx. 100, 000, 000 CZK without VAT.
