Construction works for tender in this RFT entail: • preparation of the space for the installation of the Tim Hortons Kiosk (site prep and rough-ins). This shall include flooring revisions, ceiling GWB works, relocation of lighting and mech, relocation of sprinklers, painting. • co-ordination of the work of the Tim Hortons kiosk-millwork-installers, co-ordination with UBCO stakeholders throughout construction process (UBCO Project Services, Food Services, IT and Facilities) • receiving of Tim Hortons FFE on site • providing electrical and mechanical connections from rough-in-s to outlet and plumbing/HVAC locations within the kiosk • some placement/connection of equipment (see IFT Equipment Schedule for delineation of equipment responsibilities) • project close-out, provision of as-builts, O&M
