Umeå Eco Industrial Park, just northeast of Umeå, is one of the municipality's largest industrial areas with a focus on recycling, circular economy and environmental technology. With ongoing green innovation projects and ambitious development plans, the area is to become a center for industrial symbiosis, energy, research and sustainable production. The assignment includes technical customer support for Umeå Energi, where the consultant acts as a technical advisor within the internal customer organization. The focus is on governance, follow-up and quality assurance of the EPCM assignment linked to the process integration with FlagShip THREE, without performing the EPCM work himself. The work includes, among other things, support in procurement, review of technical solutions (documents), follow-up of time, cost and quality, risk and safety work and support during construction, commissioning and takeover of facilities.
