The purpose of this tender is to find contractors for general construction works who would simultaneously carry out the clinical activities of SA Pohja-Eesti Regional Hospital (hereinafter Regional Hospital) (in Tallinn J. Suetiste tee 19, Hiiu tn. 39, Hiiu tn. 44, Aedala tn. 2, Paldiski mnt. 52, Step by step execution of work in other locationss, on properties, buildings and facilities, which are used by SA Pohja Eesti Regionalhaigla.) reconstruction, renovation and repair works of rooms and room groups (hereinafter: work area) in buildings to achieve the goals planned by the contractor. Reconstruction, renovation of rooms and room groups located on the said surfacerenovation and repair works are divided into individual smaller construction works.
