DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) - NB26SOA1_85693 - General Construction Standing Offer Agreement - at 22 Wing, North Bay.Description:Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for tenders/offers to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” construction services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location(s) mentioned aboveThe SOA will be for a period of two (2) years with a maximum estimated value of $700, 000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to one (1) additional two-year period and increased in the order of $700, 000.00 for each additional period. Call-ups under the SOA are expected to be valued between $ 2, 000.00 and $ 100, 000.00; the maximum value of a call-up under the SOA is $ 100, 000.00.The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Facility Security Clearance FSC, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP) within Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC).
