The assignment has the object to appointing a general contractor. The assignment includes the general adoption with in understanding of the complete coordination and management. Life Juveniles vzw developed a master plan for its real estate projects in 2022. Temporary housing is needed in the cascade of successive projects. That is why the current blocks of purple and yellow must be rebuilt to a day and night stay for 24 healthcare users. This renovation project is called "Kameleon". There are also limited works for block red, in particular the renewal of the roofs and the installation of a new boiler. Initially, Purple and Blok Geel was housed the day support, and in block red administration and day support.
