Tender Details

Scope of the Works: The works related to the interview rooms, located in various Puerto Rico Police Commands, contemplate the renovation of an interior space with the purpose of housing a specialized room to serve victims of domestic violence. The works include, but are not limited to, the removal of existing partitions and ceiling acoustics and the reconfiguration of the area to comply with the design. In addition, the creation of spaces, such as area administrative area, investigating officers, evidence storage, supervisor area, a comfortable play area for children and a hybrid virtual hearing room for victims of domestic violence. The work will be carried out indoors of the existing buildings, except in those aspects that are required by the technical part of the project, such as electrical and mechanical installations, if necessary. All items of work included in the project will be carried out in accordance with in accordance with the provisions of the auction documents and their complementary bidding documents. These works do not consider the impact of regulated materials. Deadline to Execute the Service: All tasks established in the Scope of Work have must be completed within 180 calendar days, counted from the date established in the written Commencement Order issued by the Public Buildings Authority (AEP).
