GENAS (69277) - Design and construction contract for a gendarmerie barracks - APPLICATION PHASE The project consists of building a gendarmerie barracks including service premises and housing for the benefit of the company, the brigade of research, the surveillance platoon, and the local brigade in the capital of Genas. The following forecast areas are given for information purposes only: - 56 Housing units - approximately 4830m² SHAB - Service and technical premises - approximately 1450m² SDO The mission elements of the design phase which will be entrusted to the successful bidder are as follows: APD, PC, PRO, EXE, DET, OPC, AOR. As an indication, the services will be carried out from the third quarter of 2027. The consultation will give rise to an ordinary market. The contract is concluded with a single economic operator. The judgment of the applications will give rise to a ranking which will allow the contracting authority to select the candidates admitted to submit an offer, it being specified that the number of candidates who will be allowed to submit an offer is set at 3, subject to a sufficient number of admissible applications.
