The subject of the contract is the provision of post-warranty comprehensive maintenance services for medical equipment manufactured by GE together with equipment, owned by the Employer at the following locations: al. Krasnicka 100, ul. Biernackiego 9, ul. Lubartowska 81, ul. Herberta 21; in accordance with the requirements and recommendations of pmanufacturer and in accordance with the Act of April 7, 2022 on medical devices.
A detailed list of medical equipment subject to the service is included in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ - Assortment and price form. The list of equipment may change in the event of a medical equipment recallprzez Zamawiającego.
