This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04, June 11, 2025. This acquisition is set-aside for small business. DESCRIPTIONThe US Geological Survey, Astrogeology Team, requires a Geospatial Data Abstraction Library (GDAL) Integrated Software for Imagers and Spectrometers (ISIS3) Metadata Update as described in the attached Statement of Work. RELEVANT INFORMATIONThe North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541511 Custom Computer Programming Services, and associated size standard $34.0 million applies to this announcement, along with Product Service Code R425 Support -Professional - Engineering / Technical.SUBMISSION OF QUOTESAll services will be performed at the contractor's location. Quotes shall only be accepted through electronic mail addressed to the Contract Specialist at eadam@usgs.gov.
