Description: The purpose of this consultation is the two intermediate call for tenders for the supply of 2020 medicines. The technical characteristics of the supplies must meet the requirements defined by the CCP. The market is subject to the provisions of articles R. 2124-1 and R. 2124-2 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code.

This consultation will be carried out in application of R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 of the public procurement code relating to framework agreements. It is a framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum or maximum with a single contractor per lot.

The consultation includes seven lots. The contract is concluded for a minimum duration of nine months from 1.9.2020 or from the date of notification if it is later and maximum for 21 months and will end no later than 31.5.2022.
