The current layout of the toilets limit ease-of-access and do not align with modern accessibility standards. This construction-only package will deliver upgrades to the toilet block, encompassing:•Changes to the current layout to facilitate ease-of-access and align with modern standards and requirements;•Demolition and construction works as per IFT documentation;•Replacement of tiles (wall and floor); fixtures; toilet partitions; and benchtops as per IFT documentation;•Upgrades/amendments to existing services to accommodate new layout and refurbished/replaced assets as per IFT documentation.
