The toilets at the Gawler Elderly Centre require refurbishment due to the age and condition of the associated assets. The current layout of the toilets limit ease-of-access and do not align with modern accessibility standards. This construction-only package will deliver upgrades to the toilet block, encompassing:
•Changes to the current layout to facilitate ease-of-access and align with modern standards and requirements;
•Demolition and construction works as per IFT documentation;
•Replacement of tiles (wall and floor); fixtures; toilet partitions; and benchtops as per IFT documentation;•Upgrades/amendments to existing services to accommodate new layout and refurbished/replaced assets as per IFT documentation.
