Tender are invited for Construction and installation of the following work: mobilization and demobilization, removal of existing utilities as annotated on plans including all utilities within cebada street and alley, pond excavation, addition of concrete lining with steel to side slopes and maintenance road of pond (to include all joints, baffle blocks, end sills, subgrade preparation, etc.), installation of 72" dia. concrete pipe for equalizer, removal and replacement of curb, removal and replacement of: concrete sidewalk, driveway and wheelchair ramps, installation of concrete junction box at terminus of existing 2-5`x5` box culverts with installation of impact basin, outfall structurres, retaining walls, removal of alley pavement, header curb and base course, removal of existing rockwall, installation of new 2`. Rockwall with 8` concrete wall with pillars and 6` wrought iron fencing, removal of existing 2 barrel 5`x5` box culverts, addition of retaining wall for 2-5`x5` box culverts at durazno, addition of 2-18`. Wrought iron gates, removal and replacement of traffic signage addition of pond signage, furnish and install all landscape and irrigation, furnish and install: barricades, swppp measures, traffic control, and various items relevant to said project. The subject project will provide for the construction, testing, project coordination, mobilization de-mobilization, permits and permit fees, traffic control and any appurtenant items




Notes : Goals for this project are: 15% for Small Locally-Owned Businesses, 5% for Minority-Owned Businesses, and 2% for Women-Owned Businesses.A pre-bid meeting will be held at 10:00 AM, local time, JUNE 22, 2016, in the third floor conference room, El Paso Water Utilities Building, 1154 Hawkins Boulevard, El Paso, Texas.
