The Customer makes payments for the Goods (a batch of Goods) within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the appropriate invoice for the Goods and acquisition of the right to receive the Goods. At the same time, the Customer acquires the right to receive the Goods from at the moment of transfer of fuel coupons by the Supplier to the Customer. Activation of fuel coupons is carried out by the Supplier on the day the Parties sign the relevant invoice for the Goods....
