Gas supply, transportation and associated services The purpose of the framework agreement is the supply of gas, transportation and associated services supplying the delivery points of the buildings of the various members of the order group, the list of which is appears in the DCE. The department of Meurthe-et-Moselle is the coordinator of this group of orders for the purchase of natural gas established on the basis of articles L2113-6 and L2113-8 of the Public Procurement Code. This group is made up of 57 Members (56 public colleges and the department of Meurthe-et-Moselle). The purpose of the order group is to award and sign contracts for the supply and transportation of natural gas for the specific needs of its members. The framework agreement with maximum is passed in application of articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the Public Procurement Code It will be awarded to a maximum of 3 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of offers). The framework agreement will give rise to the conclusion of one or more subsequent contracts awarded when the need arises, under the conditions provided for in the consultation documents. The selected operators will become the exclusive service providers of the members for the duration of the subsequent contract(s) for which they are declared awarded.
