Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is a comprehensive supply of natural gas, including the supply of fuel along with the service of distributing high-methane natural gas type E from the gas network to the Ordering Party's facilities located in the city of Lublin, which are part of purchasing group indicated in Chapter I, point 3 of the SWZ. 2. The total forecast (planned) gas consumption is 41, 160, 874 kWh 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ "Description of the subject of the order" (also called OPZ). 4. The Ordering Party does not require the Contractor to submit the said evidence along with the offer. 5. The Contractor is obliged to attach to his offer a declaration of non-exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the bid, valid as of the date of submission of offers. proceedings in the form of the Single European Procurement Document (SPD) according to Annex No. 3 to the SWZ 6.
