The subject of the contract is the supply of natural gas together with distribution and transport services connected with the purchase and supply of natural gas for the collection points of the city of Vranov nad Topľou, as well as the collection points within the scope of the establishment from 01.03.2026 00:00:00. until 28.02.2027 24:00:00 including the transfer of responsibility for the deviation to the supplier, in quality corresponding to the technical conditions of the distribution network operator, for compliance with the applicable legal regulations of the Slovak Republic, technical conditions and of the operating procedure of the distribution network operator to the collection points of the public contracting authority. The supply of gas together with distribution and transport services must be ensured in accordance with Act no. 251/2012 Coll. on energy and on changes and additions to some laws as amended and pursuant to Act no. 250/2012 Coll. on regulation in network industries as amended later.
