Upgrading a transmission microscope with an RGA analyzer enables researchers in in-SIT analysis of materials in the variety of atmosphere and temperature for analysis of oxidizing and reduction processes of surfaces at the nanometer level, the efficiency of catalytic nanomaterials because insight into phase transformationscaused by external factors, at the nanometer level. The new equipment allows researchers to go beyond current restrictions on research equipment for the atomic structure of materials, as it enables investigations of hydrated samples, reducers and oxidacy atmosphere, water or mixturegases, combined with changing temperature.
