④ prove to have no false statement in tendering documents.
⑤ prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating.
⑥ do not be a period receiving a nomination stop from Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
⑦ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order
