The USAHCA - Medical Readiness Contracting Office Europe-USAHCA-MRCO-EUR is issuing the sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for Gas Chromatograph with Dual Electron Capture Detector. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. o Operation Workstation must be included with the equipment.

o System must run all software on Windows 11.
o System must have two split/split less injection ports.
