Replacement and delivery of the DN 3200 gas channel compensator at the Kujawy Plant. The subject of the order is the replacement and delivery of the DN 3200 gas channel compensator while maintaining the existing technological parameters and dimensions of the installation on the premises. Kujawy Plant. The task includes the full scope of preparatory, dismantling, assembly and acceptance works, along with providing comprehensive health and safety and equipment services.1. Subject of the OrderThe scope of work includes comprehensive implementation of the task, including: Project preparation and inventory: Inventory of the existing compensator (total length, width, height of the development axis, support and mounting points). Verification of technical documentation and confirmation of compatibility of the new device with existing installation. Development of a risk analysis, IBWR and occupational health and safety instructions (required for approval no later than 2 months before the start of work). Preparation of the Schedule of works (to be approved no later than 2 months before the commencement tasks). Preparation of the Lifting Plan. Preparation of the workplace: Turning off the technological installation. Cleaning the place of planned works (cleaning the interior and surroundings). Disconnection of the electrical supply in accordance with the LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedure. Designation of work zones and transport routes.
