C Be registered as a gas retailer in accordance with Article 3 of the Gas Business Act,
D meet the qualification requirements which Director General National Institutes for the Humanities may specify in accordance with Article 7 of the Regulation,
E not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by President, Inter-University Research Institute Corporation, National Institutes for the Humanities.
