Works for all trades relating to the redevelopment and extension project of the west wing of the TransManche Terminal (TTM) The purpose of this contract notice is to transmit your application. The attached documents (DCE) are provided for information purposes only. The candidate must not submit an offer at this stage of the consultation. Gare du Nord - Redevelopment and extension of the west wing of the TTM The redevelopment and extension of the west wing of the TransManche Terminal is part of the Future Gare project North. The main objective of the project is the desaturation of the TransManche Terminal, in particular in order to significantly increase traffic and allow the transition from 3 trains over 2 hours to 2 trains per hour with equipment with a capacity of 1, 100 seats. The works to be carried out within the framework of this contract are in particular: •Cleaning of 2 levels of the west wing of the station, •Creation of an extension of the building to the north on levels 0 and N01 integrating the replacement of part of the roof in the shape of the existing hall and requiring foundation reinforcement •Deconstruction and reconstruction of a historic R+4 pavilion. •Rerouting of emergency exits from the car park located on the lower levels.
