Description : 1) The Development Bank of the Philippines, through the 2026 Corporate Budget, intends to apply the sum of Forty-Nine Million Pesos (PhP 49, 000, 000.00), inclusive of all applicable taxes, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the above-cited bid project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Development Bank of the Philippines now invites bids for the above-cited bid project using the Fit-for-Purpose procurement strategy. The solution must be completed within ninety (90) calendar days after the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
Bidders should have completed a single contract similar to the project within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC.
