Description : 1) The Development Bank of the Philippines, through the 2026 Corporate Budget, intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Five Million Pesos (PhP 35, 000, 000.00) for three (3) years at Twelve Million Pesos (PhP 12, 000, 000.00) for Year 1 and Eleven Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP 11, 500, 000.00) for Year 2 and Year 3, inclusive of all applicable taxes, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the above-cited bid project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Development Bank of the Philippines now invites bids for the above-cited bid project using the Fit-for-Purpose procurement strategy. The contract is for three (3) years, from 2026 to 2029.
Bidders should have completed contract/s, within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, with the following options:
A. A single contract similar to the project, equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC;
OR
B. Combination of at least one (1) similar contract amounting ...
