Description : 1) The Development Bank of the Philippines, through the 2026 Corporate Budget, intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Four Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand Seven Hundred Thirty-Six Pesos and 84/100 (PhP 11, 494, 736.84), inclusive of all applicable taxes, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the above-cited bid project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Development Bank of the Philippines now invites bids for the above-cited bid project using the Fit-for-Purpose procurement strategy. The period coverage is one (1) year subscription reckoning from the receipt of the notarized Certificate of Coverage or notarized Proof of Entitlement for Microsoft Unified Support.
Bidders should have completed a single contract similar to the project within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC.
