Description : 1) The Development Bank of the Philippines, through the 2026 Corporate Budget, intends to apply the sum of Six Million Seven Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (PhP 6, 760, 000.00) at PhP 33, 800.00 per unit, inclusive of all applicable taxes, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the above-cited bid project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Development Bank of the Philippines now invites bids for the above-cited bid project using the Fit-for-Purpose procurement strategy. All units must be delivered to the designated DBP offices/branches within seventy-five (75) calendar days after the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
Bidders should have completed a single contract similar to the project within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, equivalent to at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC.
