NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE:
Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 2 (NCO 2) intends to award a sole source contract award to Life Technologies Corporation, 5781 Van Allen Way, Carlsbad, CA 92008-7321 for the planned maintenance services of the Genexus Purification and ION Genexus systems located at the Buffalo VA Medical Center, 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215.
