The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 08, Orlando VA Medical Center (OVAMC) located at 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, FL 33467 is looking for certified, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Small business, and/or other than small businesses sources for the following: Emergency Residential Services. The authority for this procurement is Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
Place of Performance: Off-site at the Vendor s location.
Period of Performance: The anticipated period of performance for this contract will be from 10/01/2026 through 09/30/2027 for the base year and four (4) one (1) year option periods.
Description of Services: The contractor shall provide Emergency residential Housing and all support services to homeless veterans in accordance with the Healthcare for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) and Contracted Emergency Residential Services (CERS) model requirements.
