NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT TO Laurus Systems Inc, 8779 Autum Hill DR, Ellicott City 20191, for standalone not network connected Radiation Waste Monitor for the Orlando Healthcare System, 13800 Veterans Way, Orlando, FL 32827. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with 12.201-1 and 41 U.S.C. 1901. The North American Industry Classification System code for this procurement is 334519 and the small business administrative size standard is 600 Employees. The Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Overhaul dated April 17, 2026. If vendors believe they have the technical capability to meet this specific need, submit a complete technical package, which provides clear and convincing evidence that they can meet the Government s requirements.

Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
If no responses are received, NCO 8 will proceed with the sole source negotiation with Laurus Systems, Inc.
