Interested respondents shall register their interest through the Lead Consultant, that is the Architect, as a Multi-disciplinary team to provide the consultancy services & submit the prescribed EOI Response Forms and Annex A attached in the EOI document to provide the required information together with the Letter of Verification from BCA (applicable to Collaborative Bidding Consortium only). 2. Interested respondents shall submit the EOI Response Form together with Annex A and the Letter of Verification from BCA (applicable to Collaborative Bidding Consortium only) not later than the closing date and time stated in this Invitation to EOI. 3.
