The proposed contract action is to provide a full-service agreement for Endoscope Equipment as listed below:ItemDescriptionLocation1Vendor is to provide full on-site/remote support to include Total Care Connect service includes parts, labor and travel to perform both corrective and preventative maintenance needs for the equipment listed below.(12) RFID Smart Cabinets (2) Moment-of-Care WaveMark inventory management systemDurhamVAMCThe Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), Soliciting from a single source.
