1. The Department of Education (DepED) - SCHOOLS DIVISION OF SULTAN KUDARAT, through the FY 2026 Government Appropriations Act (GAA), intends to apply the sum of (please see table below) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DepEd - Schools Division of Sultan Kudarat now invites bids for FY 2026 BASIC EDUCATION FACILITIES FUND (BEFF) - CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION OF LEARNING CONTINUITY SPACES (LCS) SCHOOL BUILDING.
