IAW DFAR 236.204(i), Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range of this between $10, 000, 000 and $25, 000, 000.
Payment and Performance bonds shall be obtained IAW FAR 28.102.
Requirement / Description
Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, hardware, software and programming necessary to provide fully functional repairs for Tank Farms 3 and 4 as detailed in the attached Statement of Work (Attachment 1), drawings (Attachment 2), and specifications (Attachment 3).
The purpose of this project is to consolidate the bulk JP-8 and Ultra-low Sulfur Diesel (ULSD) storage and issue capabilities of Fuel Farm #3 and Fuel Farm #4. The existing bulk storage Underground Storage Tank (USTs) at Fuel Farm #3 and #4 are of 1950s vintage and have reached the end of their service life.
