Tender to provide media buying services to SSEN-s for its DNO customers (2026-2029) SSEN (SCOTTISH HYDRO ELECTRIC POWER DISTRIBUTION PLC and SOUTHERN ELECTRIC POWER DISTRIBUTION PLC) would like to invite proposals from trusted parties who are experts in their field who will provide specialist, customer-facing media buying services tailored to regulated distribution activities and public awareness campaigns. This includes the following. 1. Strategic media planning and advisory services to support customer communications objectives. 2. Buying, placement and management of media across appropriate channels to maximise reach and value for money. 3. Ongoing optimisation and performance management of media activity throughout delivery. 4. Monitoring, reporting and evaluation of media performance. 5. Compliance with regulatory, governance and brand requirements applicable to a regulated distribution network operator. Aim To appoint a supplier capable of delivering effective and value for money media buying services that support SSEN-s customer communications objectives. Scope We are seeking to appoint a media agency to support the SSEN brand and the delivery of its marketing campaigns for a period of three years subject to satisfactory performance and annual review with the option to extend, at SSEN-s discretion, for a period of up to two additional years.
