A. Construction of a new RES electricity plant, which is a device or group of devices that use solar energy for direct electricity production and which will be connected directly or through the transformer to direct line, to distribution at a common point (sampling point) directly or through the transformer, to the distributionsystem or to the transmission system with a total installed output of 0.5 MW.
