The avalanche warning system for Blåbærtinden will consist of an avalanche detection system as well as a system for management, regulation and monitoring (SRO), with the necessary data exchange between the systems. This procurement includes the delivery of the construction part itself with cable trenches, booms, foundations for the radar, information board and associated electrical work. Radar will be announced as a separate acquisition. The client hereby invites tenders for the supply of avalanche monitoring for Blåbærfjellet along Fv87 in Balsfjord municipality. The monitoring system must be able to detect landslides and contribute to notification and closure of the road landslide from Blåbærtinden, at the landslide point Olsrud (see figure 1).
