Abstract: The Specialist Technical Consultant (herein referred to as Consultant) will be required to support Cefas in the technical development of shortlisted options (below) as part of the development, submission, and progression of reviews/approvals of an Outline Business Case (OBC) by 30 June 2024. Option 1: Continued use of RV Cefas Endeavour (with no targeted investment) Stage A: Consideration of and understanding the risks of continued use of RV Cefas Endeavour without targeted life extension investment and working up future vessel management approaches.
