In 2024 and 2025, VVSG, together with an external partner, developed a new website and extranet in Drupal. Starting from a central data warehouse, we also developed a renewed application plan and accompanying information architecture for this. For this we used the followingComponents: • A multi-site Drupal Platform: www.vvsg.be • An Azure SQL database for integration of existing (Idloom, accounting) and new (Brevo, Bynder) tools • A CRM system (MS Dynamics) in development • An SSO architecture via MiniSta from ENTraTaThe central database for 2025 and in the coming years we will plan further developments on this platform. In the first instance, this is an extension of our multi-site platform with its own websites for Vlinter, Interflavval and the Flemish Center Cities Knowledge Center. These websites areBuilt on the existing information architecture and use the already developed building blocks, corporate identity and workflows. In addition, a content exchange is set up with vvsg.be for sharing news items, training, vacancies, practices, user data ... this websiteAlso use the central SSO, the common CRM system, the integration with Brevo for sending newsletters ...
