As an additional service to the Mira CRM system, the University of Vaasa acquires development work related to the management of recruitment agents and the development of support functions for the student selection process. A national report has been published about the original system acquisition direct procurement notice in 2024. With regard to the procurement of this additional service, the anticipated value of the procurement does not exceed the national threshold value referred to in § 25 of the Act on Public Procurement and Right-of-Use Agreements (1397/2016). The acquisition was carried out without tendering, because for technical reasons only Mira Network can carry out the procurement and there are no reasonable alternative or substitute solutions (cf. Procurement Act § 40).
